Useful Vision has an opportunity for vision impaired children aged 4 years and over to attend regular horse riding lessons at The Pegasus Centre, Morpeth RDA.
Lessons will take place fortnightly on Tuesday nights during school term time. Lesson times will be 6-6:30pm and 6:30-7pm.
Useful Vision will cover the cost of the lessons but families will have to make their own arrangements to get children there. There will not be any Useful Vision staff or volunteers present at the lessons. Parents/carers must accompany children and be responsible for their care and supervision at all times throughout the lessons.
An RDA application form must be completed prior to the child’s attendance at the lessons. RDA regulations state that no children over 12 stone can ride.
