Halloween at Hall Hill Farm
Useful vision families enjoyed a spooky day out at Hall Hill Farm in Lanchester. There was a brilliant Halloween atmosphere with monster spiders and giant pumpkins made from hay bales. The families had so much to explore on the farm including a pumpkin patch and carving area to make your own scary lantern’s. All the children seemed to show a strong interest in feeding and petting the animals big and small. From rabbits, chicks, sheep, cows and alpaca’s there was such a variety to meet. The farm also had soft play, big bouncy pillow and tractor rides a lot of the V.I children adored the sensory feedback these activities could provide them. There was a couple of puppet and magic shows for families to watch, which seemed to get a lot of giggles. Useful Vision would like to thank staff at Hall Hill Farm.
