Come along and enjoy our family day at Beamish, The Living Museum of the North.

Hear the hissing sounds of the steam engines, smell freshly bedded straw, taste mouth-watering sweets, ride fabulous fairground horses and see living history for yourself.

We will have an exclusive story telling session with prop handling and percussion instruments.

There are various cafes around the site or you can bring a picnic to eat on the events field if the weather is fine.
