Useful Vision are pleased to invite you to join the Kidz ‘R’ Fit team for a totally innovative and unique 2 hour activity session. Kidz ‘R’ Fit work with schoolchildren all over the Northeast to help improve motor skills, coordination and health and fitness as well as building confidence, self esteem and respect. In this fun filled and exciting activity session you can expect to be playing games, dancing, laughing and learning new skills using a variety of equipment such as hula hoops, pom poms, scarfs etc. – it is really not to be missed!!

This activity is for children age 5+, however the recommended age for most enjoyability is Ages 5 to 11.

Please bring a bottle of water or drinks/juices can be purchased from the on site cafe.
