Useful Vision invite you to relax, unwind, and recharge with our online Wellness Event. HERU Yoga For The Blind will be delivering a 45-minute beginners yoga class which will be accessible to both sighted and visually impaired parents/carers within our community. Alongside this, we are delighted to announce that LUSH have kindly offered to provide a selection of bath products to encourage you to take time for yourself. These will be posted to you a few days before this event.

Although this event is aimed at parents/carers, children are welcome to join in.

This session will be delivered through Zoom. You do not have to have your camera/microphone on for the event, but you must book on with office@usefulvision.org.uk so we can maintain the safety of all participants.
