Sea Squirts – 11am – 12pm – (ages 4 -7 years):
Come along and explore the sea in this 1-hour sea squirts session. Play games, build confidence and even have a go at paddle boarding with the expert instructors @ CBK Adventures. This session allows children aged 4-7 to take those first steps into exploring the water.
*Children require 1-1 parental/carer support, (in the water), at all times.

SUP – 1pm – 2.30pm – (ages 8+):
CBK Adventures Stand Up Paddleboard (SUP) sessions are ideal for those looking to develop a new skill, have fun and feel more confident exploring the water. In this 1.5-hour session especially designed for beginners, you will cover everything from carrying your board and getting on your feet to paddling, manoeuvring and responding safely in an emergency.
*The ratio for this activity is 1:3 at all times.

*Please note due to limited availability these activities are for VI Children only.
Everyone in the water must wear a wetsuit (which will be provided), and you must bring shoes that can get wet such as water shoes or old trainers.

(Families to arrive 30 minutes beforehand to allow time for changing)
