Useful Vision invites parents and carers to relax, unwind, and recharge with this exclusive wellness event in partnership with HERU Yoga for the Blind.
This 45-minute beginners yoga class is accessible to both sighted and visually impaired members of our community. Although this event is aimed at parents and carers, children are welcome to join.
You do not have to have your camera/microphone on for the event, but you must book on with office@usefulvision.org.uk so we can maintain the safety of all participants. You will receive a zoom link prior to this event.
