Useful Vision invite parents and carers back to relax, unwind, and recharge for another exclusive wellness event in partnership with HERU Yoga For The Blind.
This 45 minute beginners yoga class will be accessible to both sighted and visually impaired parents and carers within our community. Although this event is aimed at parents and carers, children are welcome to join.
