Useful Vision is heading to the theatre where David Walliams best-selling children’s book Gangsta’ Granny comes to the stage in a side-splitting, fun for all the family performance! Join us at this fully accessible, audio described show. The performance runs for 1 hour 45 minutes, with a 20-minute interval. Booking limited.

Useful Vision families are invited to the Newburn Centre for a huge day of summer fun, featuring games, sports, food, sensory activities and more! There will be a bouncy castle, animal handling, adapted bikes, balloon twisting, giant garden games, sensory spaces, soft play, vintage motorbikes, information stalls and music and sensory games.

There is free parking on site and the whole centre is wheelchair accessible.

Each family will be given a voucher to redeem at the Pizza and Ice Cream stalls.

In the event of wet weather, all activities can be moved inside.

Take part in two exclusive workshops at the Discovery Museum, one of the  North East’s top family attractions! Get involved in a Sensory Sound Workshop, full of games, tactile activities and storytelling! Followed by the chance to build your own Rocket Car and put it to the test in the Rocket Car Racer workshop!
